The swelling under our eyes forms under-eye bags and increases due to aging. Due to aging, there are weakening of the muscles that support our eyelids and the tissues around the eyes. The sebaceous glands that support the eyes and eyelids loosen over time and begin to sag down. As a result, they look swollen, and sometimes liquids fill the cavities under the eyes, increasing swelling. Of course, not only in our old age can be seen genetically in young ages. First Type: Occurs with the accumulation of fat under the eyes. They have light under-eye bags and are not very prominent
Second Type: It is formed by collecting oil under the eyes in the form of semicircle. They can be seen from the front.
Third Type: It is formed by the accumulation of excess fat in the form of a semicircle under the eyes. Eyes appear swollen and tired. When viewed, it is quite evident.

- You should sleep at least 8 hours a day and get a good night's sleep. Keeping your head upright while sleeping will prevent the accumulation of fluid under your eyes
- Drink plenty of water
- Reduce salt consumption
- Try to reduce your allergy symptoms and take regular medications against allergies
- Moisturizing using eye cream helps get rid of under-eye bags and purple circles
- Always clean your makeup before going to bed
- Stay away from alcohol and cigarette
- Protect your eyes from sunlight
- Cold compresses to your eyes
- You should consume foods with low sodium content
